Miss Chennaya

Chennaya started dancing at a young age, right here in Western Australia. Taking a wide variety of genres she trained in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Acrobatics, and Hip Hop. Over the years Chennaya has successfully completed examinations with internationally recognised dance associations. Receiving fantastic results with the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing in Modern, Jazz and Tap. As well as the Royal Academy of Dance in Ballet.

Chennaya moved on to compete in Cheerleading and Hip Hop for several years, before returning to dance again at Momentum Performing Arts Academy. In 2019 Chennaya commenced her teacher training under the guidance of Miss Laura, where she assisted in multiple classes during the week, specialising initially in Acrobatics. Chennaya also completed the Industry Links program through school with Momentum, where she worked 6 hours per week in the office. After 2 full years of training, Chennaya has now taken on several of her own classes where she shares her love for Jazz and Hip Hop in her Tiny Bop classes.

In 2021 Chennaya also commenced her Certificate 3 in Childcare, and is currently employed by a local Daycare facility where she works prior to teaching in the evenings.
